Carpet adds elements of warmth, luxury and style. Carpets absorb dust from your indoor space and provide you a peaceful and hygienic environment. Carpet needs proper care at all times. By just spending some time on cleaning you can give a new look and life to your carpet. Carpets absorb dust from your room air and give you dust free healthy air. It is also necessary to vacuum that dust from carpet often. Other wise bacteria will start growing in the carpet and make your room atmosphere unhealthy. That dust also breaks down the fiber of your carpet. Modern carpets are designed to keep away dirt and soil. Improvements in chemical treatments and weaving techniques help your carpets assist in home maintenance rather than being a catch all for dirt and dust. Carpets, however, can still retain and hide the dirt, oils, dried juices, soda pop, bacteria and other air born pollutants that unfortunately make their way into your carpets. Conclusively, these particles can bring the awful results.

Treatment of affected area should begin instantly as soon as you discover it. If some time passes, and you don't clean the carpet, removal will be tough. First of all remove the spill or spot nicely with scrapper as much you can after that use any other cleaner to clean it. It is recommended that you must use soft cloth to remove stain from carpet.

Give extraordinary concentration to such areas where people sit and move their feet. Vacuum these areas with heavy traffic with a interweave pattern of overlapping strokes.
If gum spill on your carpet, then freeze gum with ice cubes and try to remove it as much you can with blunt side of your knife. Stain in carpet can be a hassle to remove. Never rub the stain, it will break down the fiber and spread the stain. Try to remove stain with shaving cream and wash with vinegar and water.
